Help with a transaction
Keep your swap ID, provider order ID, deposit transaction hash and coin networks ready. The selected provider handles deposits, conversions, verification and refunds.
My deposit is still waiting
Check the sending network, deposit address, exact amount and any required memo against your order. Your wallet transaction may still be waiting for network confirmations. Do not send a second deposit to resolve a delay.
My swap needs review or a refund
Read the latest status and any provider support details in your order. Verification requirements, refund eligibility, fees and timing depend on the selected provider. This interface cannot release funds or process a refund itself.
I cannot find my swap
Check that you entered the swap ID rather than a wallet transaction hash. Routing records are available for up to 14 days, unless deleted earlier. Keep your provider order ID and transaction hash for follow-up.
Never share your seed phrase, private keys or wallet password with support.
